Video conferencing uses telecommunication technologies of audio-visual means to bring people of different places and locations together for a meeting group discussion. It has also been called “visual collaboration” because although you are physically distant from each other, you can actually see each other in the screens of your television or other technological devices such as your computer or even your mobile phone. Video conference is totally different from videophone because videophone is designed for a one-on-one conversation between two individuals while videoconferencing tends to bring together a group for a meeting.
